Our primary showroom is in Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah. We supply to all 7 UAE emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Walk-in customers are welcome at our RAK showroom.

Yes — our RAK showroom in Al Nakheel is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM (Sunday closed). You can walk in for advice, to see products, and to arrange same-day collection. Contact us on WhatsApp before visiting to confirm availability.

We maintain stock of the most popular Huawei eKit models in our RAK warehouse. Availability is subject to change — WhatsApp us to confirm stock before ordering, especially for bulk or project orders.

Both. We sell single units to businesses replacing or expanding equipment, and we supply full project quantities for new installations. There is no minimum order requirement.

Yes — all Huawei eKit products supplied by Netbiz Technology carry the full Huawei manufacturer warranty. The standard warranty period for most Huawei eKit products is 3 years from date of purchase.

Dubai and Sharjah: next-day delivery. Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days. Ras Al Khaimah: same-day pickup available from our RAK showroom, or next-day delivery within RAK. Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 1–2 business days. For urgent orders, WhatsApp us and we will confirm the fastest available option.

Yes — Netbiz Technology provides free network design as part of our pre-sales service. Share your floor plan, the number of users, and your requirements, and we will design a VLAN structure and equipment list tailored to your space. No charge for design.

Yes. We specialise in hotel and office WiFi design. For hotels, we design per-floor access point placement to ensure in-room coverage, IPTV bandwidth, and guest/staff VLAN separation. For offices, we plan AP positions for full open-plan coverage and handle VLAN design for staff, guest, and CCTV traffic.

A single Huawei eKit enterprise AP covers 30–50 concurrent users in an open-plan space. Dense environments, thick walls, multi-floor buildings, or hotel corridors require one AP per zone to maintain consistent signal strength. We provide a free AP placement plan — send us your floor plan on WhatsApp.

A VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) separates your network into logical segments — for example, staff, guest WiFi, IP cameras, and VoIP phones each on their own isolated VLAN. Most business networks with 10+ users or mixed device types benefit from VLAN segmentation for security and performance.

S110: unmanaged PoE switch — plug-and-play, no configuration, ideal for simple CCTV or AP deployments. S220: managed Layer 2 switch — VLAN, QoS, port monitoring. S310: managed Layer 2+/Layer 3 Lite PoE switch — adds PoE+ and basic inter-VLAN routing. S530: full Layer 3 fibre aggregation switch — for enterprise campus networks with multiple floors and advanced routing.

PoE (Power over Ethernet) means the switch delivers both data and electrical power over a single Ethernet cable. This allows you to power WiFi access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access control panels without a separate power adapter at each device location.

Count your PoE devices (APs, cameras, phones) and add 30–40% for growth. One 24-port PoE switch typically covers a small-to-medium office floor. Large floors or hotel floors with 20+ devices per floor benefit from 48-port switches. We will specify the right model and port count for your layout.

WiFi 6 (802.11ax) is the current enterprise WiFi standard, offering faster speeds, lower latency, and better performance in environments with many simultaneous devices. For UAE offices, hotels, and schools where many users connect at once, WiFi 6 is the recommended standard. Huawei eKit AP362E and AP371 are WiFi 6 indoor access points.

Both are WiFi 6 dual-band indoor access points. The AP362E offers higher maximum speed (up to 2.975 Gbps) and smart antenna technology — ideal for hotel rooms, dense offices, and classrooms. The AP371 is a compact, cost-effective WiFi 6 AP suited for smaller spaces and budget-sensitive deployments.

Ceiling mounting is recommended for the best omnidirectional coverage, especially in open-plan environments. Huawei eKit indoor APs support both ceiling and wall mounting. For hotel corridors, wall-mount or corridor APs may be more appropriate depending on the layout.
